If your withdrawal is delayed, returned, or rejected, we understand how frustrating that can be. Withdrawal requests undergo a secure, multi-step verification process to ensure account security, protect client funds, and comply with regulatory and anti-fraud standards. This process helps maintain safe balances, uninterrupted trading, and the overall integrity of your trading account.
How to Check Your Withdrawal Status
You can view the transaction status and any comments explaining the current status on the Application Status page within your account dashboard. This page provides updates and notes from our team.
Before contacting Customer Support, first check whether your withdrawal is:
- Under Review: Additional identity or payment documentation may be required. Check the application status and provide any requested documents.
- Returned/Rejected: Check the reason for the return and verify the receiving account details and payment information before submitting another request.
- Processed/Approved: If the withdrawal has already been processed and sent, the final receipt may depend on the bank or payment channel. Contact Customer Support to request any available payment proof or tracking information.
Common Reasons Why a Withdrawal May Be Rejected or Delayed
Insufficient Free Margin
If you have open positions, your available balance may not meet the withdrawal amount requested. Check out our explanation on the difference between Balance and Free Margin: Understanding Account Balance, Equity and Free Margin
Leverage Requirements
Withdrawals may be restricted if the transaction would cause your leverage to fall below 200%. This is a risk management measure to protect your positions.
Inconsistent Payment Method
MH Markets has a Same-Payment-Method Withdrawal Policy. Requests that do not comply with the applicable payment-method requirements may be declined or require additional verification.
Incomplete Verification Documents
If your account verification is pending or documents are missing, withdrawals cannot be processed. For payment-method verification requirements, see MH Markets Payment Method Verification Guide.
Regulatory Compliance Issues
Withdrawals must comply with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Additional information or documentation may be requested when necessary.
Amount Does Not Cover Bank Transaction Fee
For bank withdrawals, the requested amount must be sufficient to cover any applicable bank fees. If the amount is too low, the transaction may not be processed.
What Should You Do Next?
First, review the status and comments provided on the Application Status page.
When contacting Customer Support about a delayed, returned, or rejected withdrawal, prepare the following information:
- Withdrawal request reference number
- Submission date and time
- Withdrawal amount and currency
- Payment method used
- Relevant screenshots or payment records
- Any notification or error message shown in your account
For requests that are under review, check whether additional identity or payment documentation is required.
For returned/rejected withdrawals, verify the reason for the return and confirm that the receiving account and payment details are correct.
For withdrawals that have already been processed/approved, ask Customer Support whether payment proof or tracking information is available.
Keep written responses and your case or reference number for future follow-up. Avoid repeatedly submitting the same withdrawal request before the cause of the issue is clear, as this may make it more difficult to determine the status of the original request.
If the issue remains unresolved after the applicable timeframe, you may submit a formal complaint through the appropriate MH Markets complaint channel.
