Your ability to cancel a withdrawal and stop the transfer of funds from your trading account to your bank account or e-wallet depends on the current status of the transaction:
To cancel a withdrawal request:
- Log in to your MH Markets Dashboard
- Navigate to the “Funds” section from the main dashboard.
- Select “History”
- Click on the “Action” button and confirm the withdrawal cancellation request.
- The cancelled withdrawal will be recorded on the application record page
under the "Withdrawal" tab with the status "Client Termination"
Important:
Once the withdrawal status changes from “Pending Review,” the cancellation option will no longer be available. In such cases, you may request a cancellation by sending an email to support@mhmarkets.com
