Available Withdrawal Methods
Withdrawal methods may vary depending on your region, account, payment currency, and payment provider.
The deposit methods available to you are not necessarily available for withdrawals. After entering your withdrawal amount, review the methods shown in the Withdraw section of your client portal and confirm the requirements for your selected method.
Before submitting a withdrawal, check the applicable payment currency, transaction limits, fees, processing time, and recipient-account requirements.
Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount is USD 30 or SGD 2,000.
For detailed information about withdrawal-method restrictions, including the same-in/same-out rule and original payment-method requirements, see MH Markets Withdrawal Guidelines and Same Payment Method Withdrawal Policy.
What is the Withdrawal Processing Time?
Withdrawal requests are generally processed within one business day. "Processed" refers to MH Markets' handling of the withdrawal request. The time for the funds to be finally received also depends on the bank or payment channel.
Withdrawal requests are processed from Monday to Friday, between 03:00 AM and 05:00 PM (GMT+2). Any withdrawal requests submitted after 05:00 PM (GMT+2) will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Receipt Time
Once a withdrawal has been processed, the final receipt time depends on the selected payment method:
- International bank wire transfer: Available in some regions; usually takes 3–5 business days.
- Other payment methods: Usually received within one business day after processing is completed.
These times are estimates and do not guarantee receipt for every request. Bank processing times, payment-channel processing, business days, and other applicable requirements may affect the final receipt time.
Before submitting a withdrawal, confirm the selected payment method, applicable requirements, and processing information shown in your client portal.
If the applicable timeframe has been exceeded, use your withdrawal reference number to check the review, transfer, or receipt status. For additional assistance, contact MH Markets Customer Support.
Do you charge Fees for Withdrawal?
