To ensure smooth and secure withdrawals, please review the following guidelines before submitting your request. For detailed instructions on how to make a withdrawal, review the Withdrawal: Step-by-Step Guide
No Third-Party Withdrawals
Withdrawals must be made to an account under the same name as your MH Markets trading account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
Withdrawal Method Requirements
MH Markets has specific requirements for the payment methods available for withdrawals, which must be followed when processing transactions. Can I withdraw more than my initial deposit amount using a credit/debit card?
Same-In Same-Out Rule
Withdrawals should generally be processed using the same method used for deposits. If a different withdrawal method is selected, additional verification may be required to confirm the transaction.
Consistent Currency for Deposits and Withdrawals
The currency used for deposits and withdrawals must match. If different methods are used, withdrawals will be reviewed according to MH Markets’ rules
Open Positions and Withdrawal Risk Exposure
If your account has open positions and the margin level is between 100% and 200%, you will receive a Withdrawal Risk Exposure notification. You must confirm whether to proceed or cancel the request.
Credit Balance Deduction
If your account includes promotional credit, this credit will be deducted before processing the withdrawal. You will be asked to confirm this deduction.
Social Trading Accounts
Accounts under Social Trading may require confirmation for Performance Fee Distribution before withdrawal can proceed.
-
Multiple Deposit Methods
- For commission accounts, withdrawals can be made using any method.
- For other accounts, withdrawals must first be returned to the original deposit method. Remaining profits can be withdrawn using other available options.
-
Card Deposits (Visa/MasterCard)
If you deposited via Visa/MasterCard, withdrawals must first return funds to the same card up to the original deposit amount. Profits can then be withdrawn via other methods such as USD T. -
Region-Specific Rules
- Myanmar clients: Withdrawals are limited to USD T currency.
- SGD withdrawals: Minimum withdrawal amount is 2,000 SGD. For smaller amounts, USDT is recommended. If you insist on withdrawing SGD without USDT, a 30 SGD handling fee applies.
- If the payment channel has a higher minimum threshold, that channel’s limit applies.
- If your account balance is below the minimum withdrawal requirement, you may deposit the difference and then submit a withdrawal request.
- Commission account withdrawals are processed only after meeting the minimum amount.
