You’ve taken your first step into forex trading by opening a trade. Now, to secure your profits or limit your losses, it’s time to close an order. But how do you do it? This guide walks you through the steps - whether you’re closing a position on mobile or PC.
On Computer, PC
- In MT4 open Meta Trader > Go to Terminal > Trade Tab
- In MT5 open Meta Trader > Go to Toolbox > Trade Tab
- Locate the position you want to close.
- Right-Click the Order
- Select Close Order.
Please note: The system will close the order immediately without asking for confirmation. Make sure you are absolutely certain before proceeding
On Mobile
- Open Trade Tab
- Tap the position you want to close.
- Tap Close.
