This guide explains and provides instructions for depositing to your MH Markets trading account:

- Select the account into which you wish to make a deposit.
- Enter the amount you want to deposit
- Choose your payment currency to view the converted rate. Accepted deposit currencies vary by region and payment method.
- Press "Next" to see all available payment channels.
- Select your preferred payment channel and click "Continue."
- Fill in the required information in the following order:

When depositing USDT, please ensure you fill in the hash category and click "I have paid." Client Portal Time Zone: Please be aware that our client portal will refer to the GMT+3 during Daylight Saving Time and GMT+2 during Standard Time.
Does MH Markets charge any Deposit Fee?
MH Markets does not charge a deposit fee. However, some payment channels may have associated costs. Make sure to check the information with your payment provider.
What to do if your deposit is not credited?
Please note that each payment method has its own processing time. You can view this information on the Deposit page after selecting all required fields. If the stated time has passed and your transaction is still pending, login to Dashboard and start a chat with Customer Support. Provide the following details:
- your account number
- proof of deposit. It can be a screenshot from your e-wallet, bank statement, or any other document clearly showing the sender's name, account or wallet number, the transaction amount, and the time and date
The Customer Service team will review your information and forward it to the appropriate department. Once the details are verified, the funds will be credited to your account. This process typically takes between 30 minutes and 24 business hours.
