Follow these simple steps to reset your Master or Investor password:
- Log in to the client portal
- Navigate to "Trading" and click on "My Account."
- Identify the trading account for which you want to reset the password, then click the three-dot (⋯) menu next to it.
- From the dropdown options, select “Reset MT Trading Password” or “Set Investor Password.”
- Choose either the Master or Investor password. If you are unsure of the difference, please refer to the article: Difference Between Master and Investor Password article.
- After selecting the reset option, a confirmation message will appear indicating that a verification code has been sent to your registered email.
- Enter the New Password, then click confirm
- Once confirmed, the trading password will be updated
Tip:
- Length: 8–20 characters
- Must include numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters
- Must include at least one special character (!@#$%&*^()-+_)
- First and last character cannot be a space
