When you create a trading account, you are required to create two types of passwords: Master Password and Investor Password. Each serves a different purpose.
Tip: Always store your passwords securely and never share your Master Password with anyone.
Master Password
- Purpose: This is your main password for full account access.
- What You Can Do:
- Open and close trades
- Modify positions
- Access all account settings
- Important: Keep this password secure and never share it with anyone.
Password Requirements:
- Length: 8–20 characters
- Must include numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters
- Must include at least one special character (!@#$%&*^()-+_)
- First and last character cannot be a space
Investor Password
- Purpose: This password is for view-only access.
- What You Can Do:
- View account balance and trading history
- Monitor open positions
- What You Cannot Do:
- Place or close trades
- Make any changes to the account
- Use Case: Ideal for sharing account performance with third parties without giving trading control.
Please note that two passwords can not match
