Both live and demo trading accounts can be archived if there is no activity for a certain period. This helps us keep our servers clean and responsive, ensuring smooth trading for all clients.
When Does an Account Get Archived?

Your live account will be archived if all these conditions apply for an extended time:
- No login activity
- No Balance operations
- No open trades
- Equity below $15
All live trading (USD) Accounts: 90 days (3 months)
Only for Cent (USC) Accounts: 90 days (3 months)
In that case, the remaining balance will be sent to your internal User Wallet.
If you maintain a balance and actively trade, your account will avoid being achieved.
How to Reactivate Your MH Markets Trading Account
To request account reactivation, follow these simple steps:
Log in to your MH Profile

Starting a Live Chat, or
Sending an email from your registered address to support@mhmarkets.com
Your reactivation request will be reviewed and processed by our team. Once completed, you will be able to:
View your trading account details in your Profile page
Reset your trading account password, if needed
Log in and resume trading on your account
