If you wish to permanently terminate your MH Markets Client Portal - which includes access to your MT4/MT5 accounts, transaction records, and all account services - please follow the steps below:

Close All Trading Activity
- Ensure that all open positions across your MT4/MT5 accounts are closed
- Cancel all pending orders
- Withdraw All Funds
- Send an email from your registered email address to support@mhmarkets.com stating your desire to close an account.
- Our compliance team will review your request.
- Upon approval, your portal and associated services will be permanently closed and access revoked
This action is irreversible. Once your Client Portal is terminated, you will no longer be able to access your trading history, statements, or request reactivation.
