For security reasons, we strongly recommend updating your account password every six months.
- Log in to your Profile.
- Click on the Profile picture in the top right corner > Profile Management
- In the opened window, click "Change" next to the "Password"
- The "One-time password" will be sent to your email.
- Enter the new password.
- Click Submit.
Password Requirements
- Length: 8–20 characters
- Must include numbers, uppercase and lowercase letters
- Must include at least one special character (!@#$%&*^()-+_)
- First and last character cannot be a space
After submitting, you will be automatically logged out of the dashboard. Log in again using your newly created password.

After the password change your withdrawals will be locked for 24 hours for security reasons.
