You can easily update your personal details, such as your email address, phone number, or name. The process varies slightly depending on the information you want to change.

Changing Your Name or Phone Number

Simply contact our Customer Support team by Submitting a Request, and they will guide you through the process. To submit a request:

• Send an email from your registered email address to support@mhmarkets.com
• In the description field, provide both your old and new information and briefly explain the reason for the change.

Changing Your Email Address

To update your email:

• Send a request from registered email address or your new email address and include your KYC documents.
• You will receive a link to complete the KYC verification process via email.
• Once the necessary checks are completed, your email address will be updated shortly.
