If you decide to stop copying a provider, the platform offers an easy way to unsubscribe. Here’s what happens and how to do it.
- Login to Social Trading platform using your trading account details.
- Click “My Portfolio” and select the Provider Name you want to unsubscribe from.
- Choose an Action
At the Action button, select either “Suspend” or “Unsubscribe”.- Suspend: Temporarily stop copying new trades while keeping the subscription active.
- Unsubscribe: Permanently stop copying and close all open trades.
- You will be provided with a choice on what to do with the Remaining open orders you have:
- Keep: Leave copies open on the trading account.
- Close: Close all copies immediately after archiving the subscription.
- Your subscription will be archived. Keep in mind that Archived Subscription cannot be restored. However, you can follow this or any other Provider by creating a new Follower Subscription.
If you choose "Close remainig copies" and unsubscribe - all open positions on your account will close all open positions immediately at the current market
price, which may result in realized profits or losses. Make sure you review your
positions before proceeding.
Checking Archived Subscriptions
When you unsubscribe from a provider, the subscription is moved to the Archive. However, you can still view it on the My Portfolio page by clicking Filter and changing the scope from Active to All.
