A follower account is a customer's trading account that copies orders from a Provider's account through Social Trading Program. As a Follower, traders cannot directly control or modify orders, however they have a "Risk Control" functionalities that help them manage their exposure to the market.
Register as the Follower
Any MH Markets trading account can be a "Follower" account. To start following chosen Provider follow the details below:
- Login to MH Markets Dashboard and go to Accounts page.
- Click the Gear (⚙️) icon and select Follow Community.
- You will be logged in to the Social Trading Platform Dashboard. If you are asked to enter credentials, use your trading account details: account number, password and server address.
- Click the "New Subscription" button
- In trading account, you will see the trading account number you just used to login.
- In the Provider field, click the Chart icon to go to the Ranking page,
Or enter Provider's nickname if you already know who you want to follow - Select Offer. One Provider can have several offers which differ in the Performance fee amount and frequency.
- Click Create.
You’ve successfully created a Follower subscription for a specific Provider. Next, configure your subscription settings and activate it.
Once activated, your account will instantly copy the Provider’s trades. This means that whenever the Provider opens a trade, it will automatically be replicated in your Follower account.
One "Follower" account can follow multiple providers. As a Follower, you can control:
- Subscription Strategy: adjust filters to copy only specific trades from the provider, it is called Subscription strategy.
- Volume Correction: define the copies' volumes and direction,
- Manage Risk: unsubscribe when a certain subscription result is reached.
