You may want to review your previous orders to analyze your trading performance, evaluate strategies, or for any other reason. You can do this by downloading your trading history from the MetaTrader platform or by reviewing it in the MH Dashboard. Your trading activity is systematically archived to ensure security and compliance:

Detailed order records are stored in secure archives every month. -
Record Retention:
We keep all trade records for at least 5 years, as required by financial regulations.
All trade records are permanent and cannot be modified or removed. We do not accept such requests from clients.
Accessing Your Trading History
There are two ways to access your records:
Recent Records (6–12 Months)
- Log in to MH Dashboard
- Navigate to the Trading section, then select My Order.
- After clicking My Order, you will see the Order History, Pending Orders, and Open Positions.
- You can go between the tabs to check open, pending, or closed orders.
- Select a time frame or search with the account or order number.
In the Account Profile, you can view only Live accounts history
Older or Detailed Records
- Submit a Records Request through our Support Team by:
- logging in to your MH Dashboard and either starting a Live Chat with our team
- Or email us at support@mhmarkets.com.
- Archived data will be provided upon request.
