If you no longer wish to keep your Live trading account, you can request account closure easily. Before submitting your request, make sure all positions are closed and that funds are handled according to withdrawal guidelines. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth process.

Before You Begin
- Account closure is only possible if you have no open positions.
- Log in to your trading account and: close all open positions.
- Cancel any pending orders.
- Handle Your Remaining Funds
- You can transfer funds to another trading account under your name or withdraw your remaining balance.
- Make sure withdrawals follow our General Withdrawal Guidelines.
Steps to Close Your Trading Account
- If you have already completed the preparation and closed all open positions and withdrawn the remaining balance, you can go to step 2.
- Complete the Submit a Request form using your registered email.
- Select: Account Management > Delete/Disable Account.
- In the description field, include the trading account number you want to close.
What Happens Next?
- Our team will review your request within 24 hours.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is successfully closed.
Important Notes: Closing your account is permanent.
You will lose access to your MT4/MT5 trading history and cannot reopen the account using the same login.
If you may need your trading data later, export it before requesting closure.
