If you have several trading accounts under the same name, you can move funds between them using an internal transfer. This guide explains the steps to complete an internal transfer safely and quickly:
- Log in to your profile
- Navigate to the "Home" page and click "transfer."
- Select the trading account into which you will credit funds.
- Enter the Transfer amount you wish to transfer
- Click "Next" to confirm the internal transfer
Internal transfers are generally processed instantly. If the destination account has an open position with low equity, processing may require manual assistance. In this case, please contact your Sales Manager or reach out to our Customer Service team via Live Chat for prompt support.
Internal Transfer Important Notes:
- If the account you are transferring funds from contains promotional credits that do not meet the withdrawal requirements outlined in the applicable promotion terms and conditions, these credits will be manually deducted by our back-office team before processing the internal transfer. Please note that in such cases, the transfer may take longer to complete.
- Social Trading Accounts: If your reserved balance is low, a pop-up will appear to confirm profit share distribution due to the automatic deduction feature.
