MH Markets works with Introducing Brokers (IBs), agents, and other third parties as part of its business and referral activities. However, a person's or organization's status as an agent or IB does not by itself, mean that they are authorized to make every type of claim or provide every type of service.
What Can an Agent or IB Promise?
Being an MH Markets agent or Introducing Broker (IB) does not by itself authorize the person or organization to:
- Promise capital protection
- Guarantee returns or profits
- Operate or trade a client's account on the client's behalf
- Represent unauthorized services as official MH Markets products
Any services, statements, or activities provided by an agent or IB must be consistent with the applicable program terms, client agreement, and regulatory requirements.
What About AI Trading Tools?
MH Markets does not recognize or recommend third-party “official AI trading tools.”
Claims such as “official AI,” “internal strategies,” or “guaranteed-profit systems” should not be treated as authorization or a promise from MH Markets.
Before using an AI trading tool or service promoted by a third party, verify the identity of the person or organization, the specific authorization they hold, and the applicable service terms through official MH Markets channels.
What Should I Do If I Encounter Suspicious Promotion?
If someone claiming to be an MH Markets agent, IB, or other representative offers capital protection, guaranteed returns, account management, an “official AI” tool, or another service that appears unusual:
- Retain the original promotional materials, messages, or other evidence.
- Verify the contact's identity and specific authorization through official MH Markets channels.
- Confirm the service terms before providing funds or account access.
- Do not hand over your trading password, verification codes, or account-control access solely because someone claims to be an MH Markets agent or IB.
