To start trading with MH Markets, you must verify your account. This step is required by international regulations to ensure security, compliance, and protection against fraud. Verification also helps us confirm that your account belongs to you.
In most cases, you’ll need to provide two types of documents:

Proof of Identity (POI)
A valid government-issued photo ID, which must not be expired, such as:- Passport
- National ID card
- Driver’s license

Proof of Address (POA)
A document that confirms your residential address, such as:- Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, Gas, Internet)
- Bank Statement
- Government Letter (e.g. Police Clearance Certificate, Residency Letter)
- Employer Letter
- Tenancy Contract within the expiration period.
The Proof of Adress document should be issued within the last 3 months and display your name and address
Additional Requirements for Some Countries
Depending on your country of residence, you may also be asked to:
- Upload a selfie holding your ID for identity confirmation.
- Verify your phone number by entering a code sent via SMS.
